By downloading, installing, or using Text to Speech: ListenAloud (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

The App provides automated text-to-speech functionality allowing users to convert written text into spoken audio. Features, performance, and availability may evolve over time.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Do not upload or generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features may require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Billing is handled through the platform provider
• Users are responsible for managing subscriptions

5. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, design, trademarks, and features remain protected intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Generated Content

Users retain responsibility for how generated audio is used, distributed, or published. The App does not assume liability for misuse of generated speech.

7. Availability

The App and its services may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, business, or opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Misuse of generated audio
• Unauthorized access or security incidents
• Service interruptions

9. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated immediately if Terms are violated, misuse occurs, or legal risks arise. Upon termination, all usage rights cease.

10. Privacy

Use of the App is governed by the Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge they have read and understood it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time due to legal, technical, or operational reasons. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

If you believe content generated or shared via the App infringes your copyright, please contact support@34apps.com with sufficient information for investigation and removal.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international consumer protection principles. Where local laws apply, they will take precedence.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration where permitted by law.
